I mean, technically it's nothing real groundbreaking or new in
any respect, but it was still very well done and composed. The
character movements could've been smoother, but they did their
job well for the time
What I liked most was the really subtle things. Such as the
dog's ears twitching just barely and the door moving just
a tad with each knock. That there was a nice little addition
which probably doubled the enjoyment, in my eyes at least. I
liked the song a good bit, and while I didn't totally see the
lyrics' connection to the activity onscreen, it didn't detract
any, so that's good.
But yeah, some slick animation and nice techniques here and
there, and definitely the best short of the year in my book.
...Unless I'm forgetting something. But yeah, good stuff!
